INTRODUCTION
Feelomo takes data security and privacy with critical importance. We commit to a strict no-leak and no-disclosure practice because your private and sensitive data must stay protected. On Feelomo, Users and Listeners decide what they want to share and what they prefer to keep private.
Feelomo is an internet based mobile application and website service. The user shall be referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User(s)”. Individuals engaging in discussions with Users on Feelomo shall be referred to as “Listener(s)”.
Feelomo and the User are together referred to as “Parties”.
The Users’ right to privacy is of highest importance to the Feelomo community.
DATA MANAGEMENT
Feelomo stores data entered by the User in a secured format to prevent leakage or misuse. We retain only the basic required information which may include name, age, email ID for registration.
Feelomo may use the information shared by You, only with Your clear or implied permission, to provide a personalised experience on the platform.
The information You share with Listeners stays for “your eyes only”.
Any information You submit for removal is redacted, obscured, and hidden from everyone including Feelomo employees and external Listeners.
We do not send messages without Your permission.
We send promotional messages only with an opt-out option.
We do not share data with any third party.
No sensitive personal data is collected or stored and Users are advised to avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
You may access Feelomo without revealing any personal details, subject to basic registration requirements.
SHARING OF DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
Feelomo does not rent, sell or share any personal data except where needed to provide services that You request.
Feelomo shares redacted information only with Listeners who operate under strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
Feelomo is legally bound to disclose information only if required by court order or government agencies for investigation of illegal activities, fraud, or threats to safety.
If we believe You may harm yourself or someone else, we may use the information available with us to take necessary action.
Feelomo is an intermediary under Indian IT laws and does not edit or manipulate user-generated content.
INFORMATION COLLECTED INDIRECTLY
Feelomo may collect certain information automatically when You access or use the services. This includes text chats, voice calls and video interactions.
Such data may be used only to train, improve and maintain Feelomo’s AI models and moderation systems under strict privacy protocols.
Both Parties must maintain privacy and confidentiality as per law.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Users and Listeners are urged not to share sensitive personal information or medical issues. Feelomo is not a medical or clinical platform. Any such information shared by You is at Your own choice and risk.
Feelomo does not take responsibility for any consequences of voluntary information shared between User and Listener.
PAYMENTS DATA
When You purchase services on Feelomo, we process certain payment information like payment method and transaction details.
We do not retain sensitive payment data such as card numbers, expiry dates, PINs, OTPs or UPI PINs.
All UPI related information is encrypted through secure systems.
Payment information may be managed through Your account settings.
EXCLUDED SERVICES
Feelomo does not provide access to any emergency services like medical support, police, fire department, or hospitals.
Feelomo offers general listening and guidance only.
DISCLAIMER
You use Feelomo at your own risk.
The service is provided “as is” without any warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, safety or uninterrupted access.
Feelomo is not responsible for the actions or information shared by Users or third parties.
You release Feelomo and its team from any claims related to third-party interactions or disputes.
This Privacy Policy shall be read along with the User Terms and Conditions.
INDEMNIFICATION
If any claim arises due to breach or misuse of the platform by the User or Listener, the responsible party shall indemnify Feelomo for all losses, damages or costs including legal fees.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed exclusively by Indian law.
Any disputes related to Feelomo shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
All disputes will first go to arbitration under a mutually appointed sole arbitrator.
Language of arbitration will be English.
International Users agree that all disputes will still be treated as arising in India.
USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Feelomo is an online mobile and web platform that provides access to “Membership Services” through a recurring fee.
By downloading or using Feelomo, You agree to these Terms along with the Privacy Policy.
Using the platform is treated as Your acceptance of all conditions.
OWNERSHIP
All rights of the Feelomo App, website, content, name and logo belong to Feelomo.
Users may not copy, modify or use these without written permission.
LISTENERS
Listeners are individuals who engage in conversations based on personal experience.
They are not employees of Feelomo and are responsible for their own conduct.
Feelomo verifies Listeners to a reasonable extent but cannot guarantee accuracy of everything they claim.
Listeners are not medical or psychological professionals.
Feelomo is only a connector enabling Experience Sharing Interaction.
Users are encouraged to seek professional help for medical or psychological emergencies.
ANONYMITY AND SAFETY
Feelomo is designed to keep You anonymous.
You are advised not to share identifying details.
Any dispute or issue between User and Listener must be reported, but Feelomo cannot be held liable.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
You alone are responsible for Your actions and decisions.
Feelomo takes no responsibility for any harmful, self-destructive, illegal or unsafe actions of the User or Listener.
Feelomo’s total liability will never exceed the amount You paid for the Membership Services.
MINORS
Feelomo is only for Users above 18 years.
Access by minors without parental guidance will lead to account restrictions.
SERVICE CHANGES
Feelomo may modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without liability.
COMMUNICATIONS
By using Feelomo, You consent to receive communication including marketing messages which You can opt out of.
USER CONDUCT
Users must use the platform lawfully and avoid abusive, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content.
Prohibited activities include:
copying content, sending spam, uploading viruses, harvesting data, impersonation, hacking, bypassing security, and recording conversations.
ANTI-HACKING
Any attempt to hack, deep-link, scrape data, bypass security, or record calls/chats is strictly prohibited and treated as a violation.
NOTE OF CAUTION
Feelomo is not responsible for delays or service suspension caused by force majeure.
No refunds are offered for price changes or promotional offers.
Wallet top-ups are not refundable.
LEGAL ACTIONS
If a User spreads misinformation, false reviews or attempts to harm Feelomo’s reputation, strict legal action will be taken.
Violations may lead to termination of access.
TERMINATION
Feelomo may restrict, suspend or terminate User access without prior notice.
All applicable clauses survive termination.
